About us
All4Access is a membership-based service from Dicapta Foundation in partnership with Dicapta Corporation and the University Carlos III de Madrid (UC3M) in Spain.
Dicapta Foundation is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization whose mission is to ensure equal access to information for people with hearing and/or visual disabilities. Our work focuses on three priorities: accessible media, innovative technology, and culturally adapted content.
Our mission has been possible thanks to the funding of the US National Institute on Disability, Independent Living, and Rehabilitation Research, the US Department of Education-Office of Special Education, and the Colombian Minister of Cultural Affairs.
